Ingredients:
- Palak leaves (spinach)-1and 1/2cups
- Wheat flour-2 cups
- Cumin seed -1tsp
- Garlic -2-3 cloves
- Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- Green Chilli-2
- Salt- to taste
- Oil- for cooking
Method:
Make a fine paste of
spinach,cumin,garlic and green Chilli.
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,
turmeric powder, and salt, spinach paste
Add water little by little
and make it to soft dough.
Divide dough into small sized balls.
Flour the surface and take one ball roll into paratha.
Dust it while rolling whenever
necessary.
Heat pan, place the paratha on pan,
drizzle some oil and cook paratha from both side till golden brown spot appear.
