Corn Boondi Bhel

Bored with regular bhel try this healthy,quick and spicy mouthwatering bhel.  
Ingredients:
  • Corn kernels-1cup(boiled & drained)
  • Spicy boondi-1cup
  • khatti Meethi chutney(Tamarind chutney)-2tbsp
  • Green chutney -1tbsp
  • Sev-1/2cup
  • Onion-1(finely chopped)
  • Tomato-1(finely chopped)
  • Chat Masala-1tsp(To Taste)
  • Green Chilli-2(finely Chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves-for garnishing  
  • Sendha namak (black Salt)-to taste
How to Prepare: 
Take one large mixing bowl add corn,onion,tomato,chilli,chat masala
then add boondi,sev, both chutneys,coriander leaves,salt and mix well everything.
serve immediately.

Boondi Ladoo

Boondi ladoo is very special Indian sweet dish make for festival . It’s an all-time favorite sweet. Making boondi is little time consuming, but it takes just little patient, I'm Sure you will enjoy making these.
Ingredients:
For boondi:
  • Besa(gram flour)-1cup
  • Water-one and half cup
  • Orange or yellow color-a pinch (optional)
For sugar syrup:
  • Sugar-one and half cup
  • Water-1cup
  • Cardamom powder-1/4tsp
Other ingredients:
  • Cashew, almond and pistachio-broken pieces
  • Oil or ghee for frying
Preparation:
In a big bowl take besan, color and water. Mix properly until there are no lumps.
The batter should be dosa batter consistency. Keep aside.
Heat 1tsp ghee in a pan; fry the cashew, almonds and pistachio till golden brown.
Mix sugar and water let it boil till reaches 1/2 thread consistency. Syrup should be sticky between the fingers. Add cardamom powder and keep aside.
Heat ghee in deep pan on medium heat; take a spoonful of batter pour onto a boondi maker or perforated ladle, tap it gently with the back of the spoon so that boondi falls into the oil.
Fry them till they stop sizzling and until golden brown. Place them directly into the sugar syrup.
Repeat till all the batter is used up.
Add almonds, cashew and pistachios pieces, mix everything properly.
Let them soak for 15-20 minutes.
Make ladoo with moist hand.

Boondi Raita

Boondi raita is very popular in north india.it is very quick and easy to make with readymade boondi.

Ingredients:
  • Yogurt (curd)-2cup
  • Boondi-1/4cup
  • Roasted cumin powder-1/4tsp
  • Black salt-a pinch
  • Sugar-1/2tsp or to taste
  • Salt –to taste
For tadka:
  • Green Chilli (slit)-2
  • Cumin seed-1/4tsp
  • Curry leaves-4-5
  • Ghee -1/2tsp
Method:
Beat yogurt till smooth. Add all the ingredients and mix properly.
Add boondi and mix well.
Heat ghee in a pan; add cumin seed let them splutter, add curry leaves, and green Chilli
Add it into yogurt and boondi mixture. Mix well.
Serve chilled as a side dish with pulav,biryani or paratha.
