Mint cucumber raita

Cucumber mint raita is simplest and yummiest raita.it Tastes good with biryani or any rice dish.

Ingredients:
  Cucumber-1/2cup grated
  Mint leaves-1tbsp (finely chopped)
  Black salt-a pinch
  Roasted cumin powder-1/4 tsp 
  Salt to taste  


Preparation:
Beat the curd add cumin powder, black salt, salt mix it well.
Add grated cucumber and finely chopped mint mix it properly.
Serve with any biryani, any rice dish.
Enjoy!!!
