This is very tasty and flavorful rice recipe. It takes very
less time to prepare and tastes too good.Healthy one pot meal relished with any raita or curd.
Ingredients:
- Cooked Rice-2cup
- Capsicum-1cup( all colors cut it into lengthwise)
- Cabbage-1cup(finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
- Cumin Seed-1/4tsp
- Black Pepper-6-7
- Green chilli-2(finely chopped)
- coriander leaves- for garnishing
- Oil-1tbsp
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat oil in pan add cumin and black pepper sauté for few
seconds.
Add green Chilli and ginger garlic paste cook till raw smell
goes.
Add chopped cabbage and capsicum sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.Don't over cook.
Add salt and cook for another 1 minute.
Now add cooked rice mix properly. Turn off the heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy your healthy rice with curd or raita.
Note:You can also add onions for more flavor.
