sprouted moong salad is very colorful
and nutritious dish. It is a dish good source of proteins and calcium. it can be served as a light lunch,dinner or
breakfast and it is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:

- Sprouted moong-1cup
- Chopped tomatoes-1/2 cup
- Chopped onions- ½ cup
- Chopped cucumber-1/2 cup
- Coconut(grated) -1tbsp
- Chopped coriander -1tbsp
- Mustard seed-1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves- 5-6
Cook
sprouted moong in a saucepan with
little water and salt for 6-7 minute,
Drain extra water.
Heat oil in pan, add mustard seed as they crack
then add curry leaves, green Chilli.coconut
Now add boiled sprouted moong stir gently for
1-2 minutes.
Turn off the heat.
Take serving plate add moong,cucumber,onions,tomato, mix it properly.
garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
