Sabudana Kheer

As we all know that sabudana kheer is most common sweet made during fasting days or If you want something quick for dessert It's easy to make and involves minimal effort. My mom used to make with lots of cashew,Makhana( lotus seed), poppy seeds, grated coconut and so does i.it tastes really awesome.

Method:
Wash and drain sabudana, keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan fry cashews, poppy seed, raisin and coconut and
Makhana till they turn golden brown and keep aside.
Heat milk in heavy bottom pan, when milk starts boiling.
Add sabudana to the milk, cook and stirring occasionally till the sabudana is cooked.

  15. What a wonderful kheer! My mother-in-law most makes this kheer but it does not have so much goodness as your recipe. This one sounds fabulous.
