Eggless Chocolate Cake Using Milk powder

This egg less chocolate cake  is perfect for chocolate lover, it is very soft ,moist and spongygood thing is it doesn't have egg and butte,as well as very easy to make.I have used milk powder according to my mom-in-law's suggestions.My daughter turned 2 day before yesterday, i wanted to bake egg less cake for her because she likes chocolate. it turned so good.I slightly Adapted  this recipe from 

Ingredients:
  • All purpose flour (maida)-1cup
  • Milk powder-1/2 cup
  • Sugar-1cup
  • Cocoa powder (unsweetened)- 3tbsp
  • Baking soda-1tsp
  • Salt -1/4tsp
  • Lemon juice-1tbsp
  • Water-1cup
  • Oil-1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
How to prepare:
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree c or 350 degree f .for15 minutes.
Grease the baking pan with oil or sprinkle flour. Keep aside.
In large mixing bowl sift maida ,baking soda, milk powder,cocoa and sugar.
Add oil,water and mix everything properly.
Add salt ,lemon juice and vanilla essence and mix well.
Now pour the batter into cake pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or toothpick inserted into the center of the cake
Comes out clean.cool completely.flip over on plate.
Enjoy!!!
Note:
I have used 1/2 cup milk powder in this cake,the original recipe didn't use it,
If you want you can skip it.

Eggless Mango Pie(No bake)

This recipe is for mango and pie lover, it's so light and delicious.Some people doesn’t like making pie because of lot of preparation and baking.but in this recipe,you just need some handful of ingredients and it is so easy to make. 

Ingredients:
  • Mango Pulp-2cups
  • Graham cracker pie crust-1
  • Unflavored geltin-2 pack(i used Knox brand)
  • Cool whip-1cup
  • Cream chesse-1cup
  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • boiling water-1and half cup 
preparation:
First dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
In blander add cream cheese, cool whip,mango pulp and sugar, blend well.
Add dissolve gelatin to blender, blend it again properly.
Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Slice and Serve it.
The recipe is so easy peasy. you can try without pie crust.
just pour the mixture into bowl and refrigerate.

Eggless Almond cookies

Egg less Almond cookies are easy to make and Taste is so yummy. Have these cookies with nice cup of tea.I hope you’ll enjoy them as well.

Ingredients:

  •        All Purpose flour-2 cup
  •        Sugar- 1 cup      
  •        Almond- 1 cup
  •        Purified butter (ghee) or butter-1 cup(melted)
  •        Milk-2 tbsp.
  •        Baking powder-1 tsp
Preparation:
  1.       Preheat the oven to 180 c (350 f)
  2.          Soak the half almonds in Luke warm water for half an hour.
  3.          After Half an hour cut the  almonds into long two pieces
  4.          Grind rest of them.
  5.          Beat the melted Ghee or butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light.
  6.         Add maida and baking powder into the mixture and mix well. 
  7.          Now add ground almonds and milk into the mixture . knead lightly to make dough.
  8.          Divide that into equal size balls keep it between your palms and press it with light hands.
  9.         Put the half chopped almonds at center of the cookies. 
  10.         Arrange them two inches apart in a baking tray because their size increases on getting     baked.
  11.         Put it in oven and let it bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  12.         Cool on racks and serve.
  13.         Delicious almond cookies are perfect for tea or just for enjoying whenever you’d like.

Eggless Milk powder Cake

I learn t this cake from my mom-in-law. It is very simple and an easy cake recipe. I tried first time, it turned out so soft and delicious.


Ingredients:
  • All-purpose flour (Maida)-1cup
  • Milk powder-1/2 cup
  • Sugar powdered -1/2 cup
  • Oil-1/2 cup
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Baking powder-1/2tsp
  • Baking soda-1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
  • Cashewnuts-1tbs broken pieces
Preparation:
 Mix Maida, baking powder, Baking soda together in a mixing bowl.
 Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
 Add milk powder, sugar powder, and oil into Maida mixture.
 Add milk and vanilla essence, cashew nuts and mix it nicely.  
 Pour the mixture into greased baking tray.
 bake  for 20 to 25 minutes. if the cake is done by
 inserting a toothpick in the center of the cake.
 it should come out clean.let it cool completely then cut into pieces.
   Enjoy your egg less milk powder cake with your family.

Naan Khatai(Eggless Indian Cookies)

Naan khatai is very popular Indian cookies. It is egg less crispy and quite easy to make.
 Ingredients:
  • Maida(all purpose flour)-1 cup
  • Sugar powder-1cup
  • suji(rava)-1/4 cup
  • Besan(gram flour)-1/2 cup
  • Ghee-1/2 cup
preparation:
Preheat the oven 350 degree F or 180 degree c.
Take melted ghee in big mixing bowl beat it till get light and white fluffy.
It takes around 3 to 4 minutes. If you’re doing in summer you can keep some ice bottom of mixing bowl.
Add sugar powder mix properly.
Now add maida, suji and besan one by one mix it properly.
Knead them together make smooth dough. Divide into small balls.
Press gently with your palm. Make mark with knife.
Arrange them on greased cookie sheet 2inches apart.
Bake them in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Take out from the oven let it cool them completely. Store in an air tight container.
Enjoy with family and friends with hot cup of tea.
