It’s a healthy meal itself. there are many version to make spinach rice but I am following this easy way, it's so simple,very nutritious,colorful and so quick.
- Spinach-1cup (chopped)
- Green peas-1/2cup
- Cumin seed-1/2tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
- Greenchilli-1finely chopped
- Salt-to taste
Heat oil in pan add cumin seed when they splutter add ginger garlic paste,
green chilli saute for 1minute.add green peas and spinach cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add washed rice sauté for another 2minutes.
Add salt and 2cups of water. Cook till rice is done.
Serve hot with any curry or raita of your choice.
