- Apple-2(cut it into small dice)
- Tomato- 1 Large(chopped)
- Onion -3/4 cup( finely chopped)
- Lime juice-3 tbsp
- Green pepper-1 medium(finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves-2 tbsp( chopped)
- Honey-1 tbsp
- Black pepper- to taste
- Salt to taste
- Corn chips for serving
In a mixing bowl add apple,tomato,green pepper and onion mix well.
now add lime juice,honey,coriander leaves,black pepper and salt to taste.
stir well.Serve with con chips.
