Naan khatai is very popular Indian cookies. It is egg less
crispy and quite easy to make.
Ingredients:

- Maida(all purpose flour)-1 cup
- Sugar powder-1cup
- suji(rava)-1/4 cup
- Besan(gram flour)-1/2 cup
- Ghee-1/2 cup
Preheat the oven 350 degree F or 180 degree c.
Take melted ghee in big mixing bowl beat it till get light
and white fluffy.
It takes around 3 to 4 minutes. If you’re doing in summer
you can keep some ice bottom of mixing bowl.
Add sugar powder mix properly.
Now add maida, suji and besan one by one mix it properly.
Knead them together make smooth dough. Divide into small
balls.
Press gently with your palm. Make mark with knife.
Arrange them on greased cookie sheet 2inches apart.
Bake them in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Take out from the oven let it cool them completely. Store in
an air tight container.
Enjoy with family and friends with hot cup of tea.
