This is very popular indo- Chinese dish with great combination
of paneer and Manchurian sauce.
Ingredients:
- Paneer- 2 cups(cut into cubes)
- corn starch- 1/2 cup
- Maida (all purpose flour)-1 tbsp
- ajinomoto -1/2 tsp
- garlic clove - 4-5 finely chopped
- ginger-garlic paste- 3tsp
- soya sauce -3tsp
- spring onion -2 finely chopped
- chili sauce- 2tsp
- coriander leaves for garnishing
- oil fro frying
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Make a batter of corn starch, maida,ginger garlic paste and
salt dip the paneer pieces into batter and fry them in hot oil
till golden brown.
Heat oil in another pan and add chopped garlic, add green
chili and fry for a while.
now add soya sauce, chili sauce, spring onion fry for few
seconds now add 2 cups of water and allow it to boil.
now add fried paneer.
take 3 tsp corn starch with 1 cup of water and mix properly.
add this on paneer. keep on stiring while adding it so lumps
are not formed.
add ajinomoto, salt,coriander leaves and mix well.
Enjoy your hot panerer manchuriyan with plain cooked rice
