Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt-2cups
- Sugar -1/2 cup(to taste)
- Saffron –few strands
- Milk- 2tbsp
- Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
- pistachio- for garnishing
Preparation:
Add saffron in lukewarm milk. Mix the yogurt and sugar
in deep bowl till it gets smooth consistency .
Now add cardamon powder and saffron milk. beat it well till mixture
is creamy and rich.
Garnish with pistachio pieces.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled.
