Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk in 5 Minutes

When I saw this recipe in Food-network.com- I can't wait to try because it is very quick and Can be made quite easily within 5 minutes and your homemade sweetened condensed milk is ready.You need only four ingredients,which is always available in your pantry.so try out and enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
  • Milk powder-1 cup
  • Butter- 4 tbsp (room temperature)
  • Sugar powdered -3/4 cup
  • Boiling water-1/3 cup
Method:
First add milk powder, sugar into blender then add butter and boiling water.
Blend until all the ingredients mix well or they are completely smooth.
Isn't so quick.....



Enjoy!!!
Note:
You can store it in airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.

  15. You won't believe but i have never tasted condensed milk. My mom somehow didn't like using the tinned ones (due to preservatives). As a result i too share her apprehension for the tinned condensed milk.
    But this is totally God send!! I am soo going to try this out. will let you know how it turned out.

  22. This looks delicious. We make very nice bhapa doi(steamed sweetened dahi). It is rich, creamy and melt in the mouth. Can you please tell what kind of milk powder to use. Will dairy whiteners work( they are available easily). Also can it be made with liquid milk. Waiting for your response.
