This recipe is for mango and pie lover, it's so light and delicious.Some people doesn’t like making
pie because of lot of preparation and baking.but in this recipe,you just need some handful of ingredients and it is so easy to make.
Ingredients:
- Mango Pulp-2cups
- Graham cracker pie crust-1
- Unflavored geltin-2 pack(i used Knox brand)
- Cool whip-1cup
- Cream chesse-1cup
- Sugar- 1 cup
- boiling water-1and half cup
preparation:
First dissolve gelatin in
boiling water.
In blander add cream cheese,
cool whip,mango pulp and sugar, blend well.
Add dissolve gelatin to blender,
blend it again properly.
Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate
for 3-4 hours.
Slice and Serve it.
The recipe is so easy peasy. you can try without pie crust.
just pour the mixture into bowl and refrigerate.
