Adrarki Gobhi(cauliflower with ginger)

Adaraki gobhi is very easy and simple to prepare.Fresh ginger flavor makes more delicious.


Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower-2 cups(cut into florets)
  • Ginger grated-2tbsp
  • Cumin seed-1tsp
  • Green chilli-2 chopped
  • Turmeric powder-1tsp
  • Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
  • Coriander powder-1tsp
  • Coriander leaves- chopped(for garnishing)
  • Salt- to taste
  • Oil-2tbsp
Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed let it splutter then add ginger
green chilli and saute for few seconds.
now add cauliflower and mix well, cover it and cook on medium flame
stirring in between till they are half done.
add turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and salt
and mix properly.
keep checking once its done garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Now your tasty adraki gobhi is ready to serve with roti or paratha.

  2. This recipe is looking very fresh & inviting.
    I always think that, one can only make cauliflower taste good when made as a Manchurian, since it takes a lot of work , I never make it.
    Now thanks to you, for sharing the simplest recipe ever with cauliflower, I should try this!
